Chasseur Cast Iron Tagine

The Chasseur Tagine features a double enamelled matt black cast iron base and a lightweight practical ceramic tagine lid.

The base of the tagine is also perfect for many other tasks - including baking cakes and being the ultimate Tarte Tatin dish!

The cast iron base is the ultimate material for cooking a tagine, as the even heat distribution and suitability for slow cooking marries exactly with the traditional slow cooking methods for making North African Tagines. It is fabulously versatile and can be used on any type of hob, in the oven, or under the grill (base only) and cleaning up is just as easy - both parts are dishwasher safe.

This tagine is sized for a main course for 4 people. 24cm diameter, 1.5L capacity.
