A healthy alternative to a fried egg is a poached egg, which is not only nutrititous but tastes marvelous either for breakfast, lunch or tea. How about eggs benedict, a poached egg and ham or bacon topped with hollandaise sauce deliciously captured in a muffin?

We offer a variety of solutions to poaching an egg, from an egg poaching cup to fit on to your existing pans to specialist pans to poach from one to six eggs, to poachers that are specifically designed to be used in your microwave.

We have also introduced egg coddlers. A coddled egg is an old traditional halfway house between a poached and a boiled egg.
