Silverwood Spherical Pudding Moulds
Make the perfect Christmas pudding with one of our Silverwood spherical cake moulds, which are available in three sizes.Fully manufactured in the UK.
The 4" mould makes a 1lb pudding, the 5" a 2lb pudding and the 6" a giant 4lbs!
These moulds are ideal for making traditional Christmas puddings, sponge puddings, novelty ball cakes, summer puddings, and ice-cream bombes. It is a good idea to leave a slight flat top to the finished shape so that when you overturn the pudding you will have a stable base. To separate the two hemispheres after cooking, use a fork prong hooked into the air hole on the top hemisphere to lift the two halves apart.
Don't forget to use oven gloves when handling the mould during or after cooking.
To open the mould, before use, rotate the sphere, so that the clip loosens and falls away. Split the mould, wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
