Strawberries are a delightful fruit to eat either raw or in a wide variety of puddings, salads and on pizza's or even a tasty strawberry curry!

Strawberries are a good source of Vitamin C and low in calories, making them an excellent sweet snack if dieting (providing you avoid the temptation to add some extra sugar or cream!).

Always hull the strawberry after you have washed the fruit, to keep the natural goodness in.

TOP TIP: Strawberries do not ripen after they ave been picked, so always buy or crop your strawberries once they look and smell ready to eat.
